Welcome to Hayaati ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our application (the "App") and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

The privacy policy explains how Hayaati gathers, saves, protects, and shares your information as well as with whom we share it. We suggest you read this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions. When you use the Hayaati mobile application or our digital products and services, we gather some information about you.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, including:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, username, date of birth, gender, and facial images for verification.
• Contact Data: Email address and telephone numbers.
• Face Data: Facial images uploaded as profile photos and optional verification selfies. We use face detection (Google ML Kit) to check that a photo contains a face. We do not use facial recognition or biometric matching.
• Location Data: We collect your device's location to provide matchmaking (Discover and Swipe features) and localized experiences.
• Communication Data: Messages, chats, and interactions within the App.
• Transaction Data: Details about payments and subscriptions.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and App usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics).

2. Information Collection

2.1 Registration Information

When you download the App and create an account, we may collect certain information about you, such as: Name, Username, Email address, Mobile phone number, Gender identity, Date of birth, Partner preference, Photos, Location, and Login information of the social media account that you connected to your Hayaati Account.

Once you have registered, you will be able to review and change this information at any time by simply logging in to Hayaati (except for your date of birth and location, which, if you have given Hayaati the access to your location in your device setting, is automatically renewed based on the location of your device). It is your responsibility to ensure that every detail of your account is always up-to-date.

2.2 Profile Information Security

We urge you to be careful with the information you post about yourself on your Hayaati account. We strongly advise against sharing your email address, URLs, instant messenger details, phone number, full name or address, credit card details, ID number, driver's license details, or other sensitive information that could be manipulated and misused.

2.3 Purchase Information

If you decide to purchase one of our premium services, we will process your purchase information and save it securely to avoid scamming and for auditing/tax purposes.

2.4 Geolocation Information

If you have given Hayaati access to your location in your device setting, we will gather information about WiFi access spots and other location information to offer certain features for you. This helps us identify your physical location and personalize the Application. If you want to disable it, you can do so in your device settings.

2.5 Device Information

We will gather information about your device when you use the application, including device identity, device model, operating system, and location.

2.6 Face Data

Our app collects facial images uploaded by users to their profiles (profile photos and optional verification selfies). This data is used for profile display and a basic check that a face is present in the photo. We do not use facial recognition or biometric matching technology. Face data will not be shared with any third parties and will be securely stored on our encrypted servers. Facial data will be retained as long as the user has an active account, and will be removed according to our data retention policy if users choose to delete their accounts.

3. The Use of Your Information

Our main purpose is to ensure that you have a fun experience in Hayaati. To provide a pleasant experience for you, we may use your information to:

• Offer our services and features;
• Contact you with information about the Application (for example, updates and new features);
• Personalize the Application and the content we provide to you;
• Conduct research and analysis on how you use and interact with the Application;
• Resolve disputes, resolve issues, and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
• Investigate fraud, protect our legal rights and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
• Send you information about offers and promotions (if you have registered for notifications — you can opt out anytime); and
• Protect our users and third parties from harm.

Moderation Practice

We will review accounts (including photos and other information uploaded to the user's profile) and messages for content that is indicated to violate our Terms and Conditions of Use. If the account or message fulfills certain criteria indicating a possible Terms and Condition violation, the related account will be given a warning and limitation of access and/or blocked.

4. Information Disclosure

Our policy is not to disclose your Registration Information or personal data, except in the limited circumstances described here:

• Service Providers: We involve certain trusted third parties to carry out functions and provide services to us (e.g., billing, authentication, social media providers, market research, IT services).
• Moderators: To monitor activity on the App and approve content.
• Payment Processing and Telecommunications Companies: To facilitate payments for our premium services.
• Acts of Crime or Violation of the Law: We will cooperate with investigations to enforce the law in cases of criminal investigation or to protect someone's vital interests.
• Transfer of Business: In the case that the Hayaati Group entity undergoes a business transition or change of ownership.
• Marketing Service Providers: To help us serve marketing and advertising and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
• Anti-Spam and Anti-Fraud: Your data may be shared with other Hayaati Group companies to block accounts and payment transactions suspected as part of our anti-spam and anti-fraud procedures.
• Aggregated Information: We may share aggregated information with third parties. Hayaati does not sell your personal data.

5. Information Others May See

When using the Hayaati app, please remember that everything you post or send within the App can be seen and accessed by the public. We want our users to be careful when posting public information. Be cautious about posting sensitive details such as health information or income.

6. Age Policy

Although we want as many people as possible to enjoy our App, you must be at least 18 years of age to use the Application. If we learn that a child, a minor, or anyone under 18 years old has registered and given us personal information, we will take steps to stop that person's registration.

7. Safety

In Hayaati we have taken all appropriate safety measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and illegal access, or disclosure. We use reasonable security measures to keep your personal information confidential such as choosing a secure server using a firewall. Unfortunately, no website or Internet transmission is 100% secure. Helpful tips:

• Please make sure you log out of your Account after use.
• Please do not share the password you use with others.
• Change your password regularly.

8. Your Rights

Hayaati can guarantee your rights by the following details:

• Rights to be informed: what personal data is being processed by an organization and why.
• Access rights: You can request a copy of your data.
• Correction rights: if the stored data is inaccurate, you have the right to correct the data.
• Deletion rights: You have the right to delete your data in certain circumstances.
• Data portability rights: You may request a copy of certain data in machine-readable form that can be transferred to another provider.
• Objection rights: in certain circumstances, you may object to the processing.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only as long as we need it and as permitted by applicable law. When you delete your Account, or it is disabled by us, we make sure it is no longer visible in the App. For up to 30 days, it is still possible to recover your Account if it was deleted or disabled by mistake. After 30 days, we begin the process of deleting your personal information from our systems, except where:

• We must retain it to comply with applicable laws (for example, tax and accounting purposes);
• We must retain it as evidence of our compliance with applicable law;
• There are unresolved issues, claims or disputes that require us to retain relevant information until resolved; or
• The information should be retained for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing user safety.

Warning: Even after you delete the information from your profile or delete Your Account, copies of the information can still be seen and/or accessed as long as the information has been previously shared with other people, or copied or saved by others. We cannot control this, and we are not responsible for it.

10. Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, please use the "Delete Account" option within the App's Profile settings or contact us directly. Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Pick a reason, type DELETE to confirm, account is immediately deactivated. After 30 days, data is permanently removed from our servers.

11. Chat

We may monitor your conversations to ensure the safety and comfort of all users. This monitoring may include automated and manual reviews of your message content. The data we collect is used to prevent activities that violate our terms of service, such as spam, fraud, or hate speech.
